
Wealth Enhancement Acquires $516M RIA In Year’s Third Deal
Wealth Enhancement, an acquisitive Minneapolis-based RIA with $107 billion in client assets, has acquired XO Wealth Management, a Dallas-based independent RIA.
XO Wealth was founded in 2016 and manages over $516 million in client assets. Matthew Fuller, founder and managing director, Stephen Valelly, managing director, and Carl Carlos, first vice president, will join Wealth Enhancement.
XO Wealth offers financial planning, wealth preservation and risk management.
Williams Private Wealth Advisory & Consulting served as XO Wealth’s advisor on the deal.
This represents Wealth Enhancement’s second deal this week and third of 2025.
Kestra’s Bluespring Acquires $400 Million Wisconsin RIA
Bluespring Wealth Partners, an Austin-based RIA and acquisition arm of Kestra Holdings, has acquired Charter Capital Management, a Brookfield, Wis. RIA with $400 million in AUM.
CCM is led by principals Joel Hassler and Dan Glaser and includes four advisors with experience in portfolio management, tax and financial planning.
The RIA plans to work with Bluespring on succession planning, calling out advisors Alexandra Cali and Samuel Verhulst as “designated successors.”
UBS Snags Advisor from Morgan Stanley
Amani Harris has left Morgan Stanley to join UBS as a first vice president and portfolio manager in Seattle.
Harris manages over $180 million in client assets and will work in UBS’s Pacific Northwest market, which is led by Market Executive Rob Giordano and Associate Market Executive Kevin Janke.
Harris is a U.S. Army veteran who specializes in working with families to “create and sustain dynamic wealth across many generations.”
Equitable Hires Advisor From J.P. Morgan
New York-based Equitable Advisors has hired advisor Shebna Olsen–Shillibeer from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where she managed more than $180 million in client assets.
Olsen–Shillibeer will remain with Equitable in New York, working with individuals, families, corporate executives and institutions. Her expertise includes investment, retirement, estate planning, intergenerational wealth transfers and educational expense planning.
“Equitable Advisors offers me the flexibility to manage my practice, backed by the support of a well-established firm,” she said in a statement. “The company’s open-architecture platform also gives me the freedom to choose the solutions and strategies that best fit my client’s unique goals.”
