Jump, a provider of artificial intelligence to advisors, announced an integration with the marketing platform provider FMG Suite.
Built through FMG Connect, the new workflow integration is meant to surface relevant, compliance-approved FMG content based on client conversations for advisors to review and use in post-meeting follow-up.
If an advisor is using both products and a client, for example, raises questions about retirement income during a meeting, Jump could surface an FMG educational resource on that topic for the advisor to review.
The advisor retains control over the communication, deciding whether the material fits the client’s needs and whether to send it, according to the companies.
The new integration builds on FMG’s recent introduction of FMG Connect, an integration and orchestration layer that allows external advisor tools to connect with FMG (in this case, Jump)
Jump was one of seven early-access partners developing integrations through that layer.
The integration extends Jump’s ability to turn meeting intelligence into action across the advisor technology ecosystem, according to the company.
“Finding the right content is easier when it starts with the conversation an advisor just had,” wrote Michelle Feinstein, chief product and strategy officer at FMG, in a prepared statement. “By connecting FMG’s content with meeting context from Jump, we’re helping advisors identify relevant resources in real time and decide how best to use them in their client communications.”
“Our integration with FMG will help advisors find relevant, firm-approved content based on what their clients actually discussed,” wrote Jump co-founder and CEO Parker Ence. “Advisors can spend less time searching for materials and provide more thoughtful follow-up, while deciding for themselves what to share.”
In September 2025, Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR closed on its acquisition of FMG and in January of this year Dave Christensen, FMG co-founder and former chief product and strategy officer, was appointed as CEO. In February, FMG acquired Testimonial iQ, an online reputation management platform for wealth management and integrated compliant testimonials, reviews, referrals and client feedback tools directly into FMG’s marketing platform.
It has been a busy year for Jump, which in March expanded beyond its AI notetaking, meeting and communications management origins to creating an AI operating system for advisory firms. And most recently, in September, Jump inked two major deals, one with Northwestern Mutual and another with XYPN.
